We want to say "Thank you" so much for making us having wonderful time and the NH Krystal was beautiful and great room and view. People were friendly.
Jose was the best person to make people feel welcome and he has huge smile and big heart and understands people feelings ready or not ready to buy Vacation Club. I already missed him. He took alot of time to communicate with us. I want u to let him know he did great job. After he showed us around he let us talk to his boss (I forgot the person name I dont want to remember the person name) he was worst and very very pushy and not take his time to communicate with us to make sure we understand him.
Sorry to say this but want to let u know we did not join "Vacation Club" this time but hope in the future when time is right. But please remember Jose is great person. Give Jose credit...
